Scott Ballard began his career with US FDA within the Office of Regulatory Affairs (ORA) as
an Investigator in the Dallas District Office and has worked in various product areas
including foods, pharmaceuticals, and biologics. With a Master of Science degree from Texas
A&M University (2008) in Genetics and hundreds of inspections as FDA regulatory
experience, Scott now works as a National Expert Investigator within the Office of
Biological Product Operations (OBPO). Scott works to promote the highest standards of
public health and scientific excellence within the industry of biological product
manufacturing.
